Can I really cut on a Slab-O-Stone?

Yes, just not aggressively. Granites are harder than steel knives so you won’t scratch the stone. Use for slicing, not saw-cutting or you will start to dull your knives.

Can I really put a Slab-O-Stone in the oven?

Yes, just follow the guidelines on the directions. I have tested many varieties over and over with no ill affects.

Will the hot or cold make my Slab-O-Stone crack?

No. What you can’t do is get it cold then pop it in the oven immediately.

Will my Slab-O-Stone or Lazy Susan stain or harbor bacteria?

All my products are sealed with one of the best stone sealers available. Read the instruction card for do’s and dont’s and caring for your product.

How do I clean my Slab-O-Stone?

Clean with a washcloth with soap and warm water. Do NOT use abrasive cleaners!

Will the stone get hot when I burn a Rock Solid Oil Lamp?

The stone will get mildly hot right near the glass insert, but there isn’t near enough heat to make the entire stone raise 1°F.

How long does a Rock Solid Oil Lamp burn?

Maximum burn time on one fill is 12 hours continuos burn if you keep the flame low. Bigger flames consume more oil quicker.

Will my Glow Stone get hot if I leave it on all day and night?

No, Glow Stones get mildly WARM to the touch and dissipate the heat well.
